Shipping policy

Free shipping for orders over $99. 

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $99.00 or more for orders shipping to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii orders of $150 or more will ship for FREE. To qualify for free shipping your order must be the free shipping amount or more before taxes and after discounts are applied. Most orders with free shipping will ship via United States Postal Service, however, we reserve the right to choose the shipping courier that is best suited for your order.

For orders under $100, we calculate shipping based on your order weight and delivery address. Our preferred shipping courier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping Times 

All orders (in-stock items) will process and ship in 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the business day after. 

Checking Order Status 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ticklemepurple.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While our team works hard to ensure all orders go out on time, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.  USPS does not guarantee Priority Mail estimated delivery dates, and UPS does not guarantee UPS Ground delivery dates. We are unable to provide a replacement until a shipping claim has been opened and the package has been declared lost by the shipping courier. If you believe your package is lost, please e-mail info@ticklemepurple.com to start the claim with the shipping courier.  Make sure to include your order number in your e-mail.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Damaged Shipments

Our team strives to pack our packages as securely as possible, however, we cannot always control how shipping couriers treat the packages. If the content in your package is damaged during transit please e-mail info@ticklemepurple.com to start a claim with the shipping courier. In your e-mail include your order number and the following pictures:

How long does it take to receive my order? 

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order. Please allow up to 3-7 business days to receive your order.
