Refund policy
If Tickle Me Purple, LLC does not meet your satisfaction, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 7-days of purchase, except digital products. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you want to return/exchange an item, contact Tickle Me Purple, LLC following the steps below:
1). Send an email to info@ticklemepurple.com.
2). If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label
3). Adhere the label to the item and place in the mail (instructions will be provided).
4). Returns are processed within 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Returns are applied to original payment method (i.e., PayPal, credit card, debit card). For gift cards a store credit will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace the item for you at no-charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital coloring pages, digital downloads, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us at info@ticklemepurple.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
